Doll Makeover: Part 2

She’s back! Sqeee! I can’t really believe it. She’s like a brand new doll! If you remember, I sent Ellie-May in to a dolly doctor (Dr. Robin) at agplaythings who fixes up dolls.  Here are two before pictures:

And now meet Elanor-Grace Thomas, or Ellie-Grace, or just Grace. She’s happy to be called any of the three names!

Aaaah! Isn’t she gorgeous!? And I haven’t even taken the braid out to hide her side bangs.

I think this is what AG should have made Grace Thomas look like (except for the full bangs part). Dr. Robin painstakingly tried to copy Grace’s freckles from a catalog. I think she did an Amazing job! I love how her lips match the color of her cheeks.

Sorry, this is such poor lighting. None of these pics are any good. I hope I can get a chance to take her outside for some better pics.

But if that doesn’t happen, I have some very fun plans for a photo story featuring Grace coming up!

How wonderful! She did a great job and I love the subtle color on her cheeks. I can’t imagine doing this kind of work… I’d be so nervous. Can’t wait to see more of her.
